Its about keeping on improving my standard of running and keeping cycling as a social thing rather than entering cycling races.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll run tomorrow night at the club as its the Time Trial night. 3K around Barlaston/Wedgwood. The previous occasion I did it was 2 months ago and that night I did it in 12:05.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think my pace has improved since then, and I fancy my chances of bettering it.
